Privacy
Gray's Autonomy, Tampa, Florida. This page covers what we collect from the quote form, and what this site measures.
If you submit the quote form, we collect the mobile number you enter and, if you add it, a website URL. We use that to place the call and to text you about your quote (confirmation, recap, follow-up).
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Email mike@graysautonomy.com.
We do not sell your information or sell lists. We do not buy lists to text. Carriers and our texting provider see the number only to deliver the call or message.
We keep consent with the contact record. To opt out or ask a privacy question, email mike@graysautonomy.com or reply STOP.
Site analytics
We measure how this site is used with our own first-party counter. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, no cross-site tracking, and nothing is shared with anyone. The data stays in our own database.
What a visit records: the pages you open and the order you open them in, time on a page, how far down you scroll, clicks on calls to action and outbound links, whether a film was played and how far it got, and whether the quote form was started or submitted. Alongside that we keep the page that referred you, any campaign tags on the link, your device type, browser, operating system and screen size, and the approximate city, region, country and network that Cloudflare reports for the request. A random session id is stored in your browser for the length of the tab session.
We never store your IP address. It is turned into a one-way hash with a salt that rotates every day, and the salt is deleted after two days, so the hash cannot be turned back into an address. We use it only to count a repeat visitor and to avoid emailing ourselves twice about the same person on the same day.
Retention: analytics rows are deleted after 13 months. Traffic identified as bots or crawlers is kept separately and deleted after 30 days.
Opting out: if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we record nothing at all — no action needed. Otherwise, turn off analytics for this browser and nothing further is recorded. To switch it back on, visit this link. The opt-out is remembered in this browser only, so repeat it on each browser or device you want excluded.
